Saturday December 13 2009 -The North East Cross Country Championships held at Wrekenton, Gateshead - New Marske Harriers had a triple Gold celebration despite cold, wet and windy conditions
Mark Shaw remains unbeaten in his four championships - retaining the under 15 title. Jess Russon at long last won gold in her first championship as an under 20. Once again the highlight came with the under 20 men - Gold going to Ricky Stevenson. Silver to Dominic Shaw (a repeat of last year's one-two!) backed by Russ Best in 5th to retain the team championship! Andy Wiles had a tremendous run finishing in bronze medal position in his first championship as a senior! See below for full results.
