Thursday Track at The Laurence Jackson Sports Village, Guisborough with the session starting at 6:45pm and ending around 7:45pm. New Marske members only and is £3 (Adults) card payments only on the door.
All abilities are welcome but these sessions are designed to improve your body strength and speed. The weekly session is run by qualified coaches. We work to structured interval sessions to support your training goals.
