Tuesday Club Night at Redcar Rugby Club – meet at 6:00pm to begin the session at 6:15pm. This training typically lasts an hour but can vary. The session is for members and non-members are also free to join.
We have groups running at different speeds and distances so there will be a session for your level of fitness. The run leader will provide announcements before we set off. Let the run leader know if this is your first time as they will introduce you to everyone and provide additional information about the session.
